Palm and Alliance Group Entertainment Bring Multimedia Content to Broad Mobile Computing Audience

Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq:PALM) and Alliance Group Entertainment are working together to provide fresh multimedia content on Palm(R) handhelds, mobile managers and smartphones. Now users can enjoy the sounds of Jake Coco's hot new single "Graceland" on Palm's latest device, the Palm TX handheld, which hits store shelves today.

In addition to its multimedia capabilities, the Palm TX handheld, affordably priced at $299 (estimated U.S. street price), features integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth(R) wireless technologies, a large, high-resolution color screen and all the power needed to efficiently access and conveniently manage information on the go.

"Digital technology has revolutionized the music industry," said Justin Nesbitt, president of Music at Alliance Group Entertainment. "Products on the forefront of mobile digital entertainment, such as the Palm TX handheld and LifeDrive with its multimedia capabilities, have changed the way we work. It's easier than ever to demo and enjoy videos and songs directly from our handhelds."

From the LifeDrive(TM) mobile manager to the newest Palm TX handheld, users can enjoy a range of digital entertainment on the go, such as viewing a favorite TV show with MobiTV (sold separately), playing a home video or music video clip, showing off a photo album of a recent trip or listening to MP3s.(1)

"Today, people demand more from their handhelds than the standard applications," said Page Murray, vice president of marketing at Palm. "Multimedia content is the key to making mobile computing interactive and fun."

With his passionate voice and boy-next-door looks, Alliance Group Entertainment recording artist Jake Coco is a rising star. Born in 1984 in Cleveland, Ohio, by age 14 he was performing regularly at local jazz, blues and rock and roll clubs on drum, piano, guitar and bass. His musical talents led him to a full scholarship at the Berklee School of Music and a nationwide Worp tour with his former rock band "Spenser." His first single, "Graceland," off his new CD "Broken Hearts and Fairy Tales" is now playing on radio stations throughout the country. Users can visit Jake Coco's website, www.jakecoco.com, to view the complete "Graceland" video.
