FreewarePalm: PassPhrase v1.1

PassphraseDescription:
Ever have trouble coming up with a new password? PassPhrase helps you choose secure passwords and passphrases for logins, encrypted data, web sites, and so on.

Each time you tap 'Generate', seven items are randomly selected from a self-contained dictionary of over nine-thousand common words, numbers, abbreviations, and symbols.

The selection is extremely random, using a strong random-number generator seeded by the exact timing and position of your stylus taps.

PassPhrase offers nearly 7 octillion possible seven-item sequences! (An 'octillion' is a 1 followed by 27 zeroes.)

For added security, working memory is scrubbed when PassPhrase exits; no trace of the selected phrase remains in your handheld's memory.

CHOOSING PASSWORDS
A good password for an online system is two unrelated words joined by a symbol, for example: jumbo*gate

To properly secure encrypted data a pass-phrase of four or more words is recommended, for example: split envoy clove born mayhem

PassPhrase was written entirely on-board a Palm Powered™ handheld using the Quartus Forth compiler.

If you'd like to write apps on your Palm, please check out Quartus Forth!

Altec Lansing - News

Altec Lansing today unveiled the market’s first mobile speaker system for Palm® devices with the inMotion™ iMT1, a small audio dock that turns MP3 music files stored on Palm devices into a roomful of sound for headphone-free listening. The system -- which is compatible with the Palm LifeDrive™ mobile manager, Palm Tungsten™ T5 and Tungsten E2 handhelds, and Palm Treo™ 650 smartphone -- also charges the device, doubles as a desktop speakerphone for the Treo 650 smartphone, and is slim and trim enough for travel.

The product is being shown for the first time at the Palm booth, #311, at the CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment conference that opens today in San Francisco.

The iMT1 is a book-sized, white and silver unit that extends the technology used in Altec Lansing’s market-leading inMotion docks for the Apple iPod to the Palm platform. Like all inMotion portable speakers, it can run on AC power and then switch to batteries when no electrical outlet is available to permit out-loud listening on the road.

Press a button on the front of the iMT1, and a tiny flap rises from the surface to reveal the dock. Pop your device into the slot, attach it via the connector at the bottom of your Palm device, and let the concert begin. The system’s Class C digital amplifier powers four 1” neodymium micro drivers that reproduce every note, chord and lick over the entire frequency range. The speakers also incorporate patented MaxxBass® technology that delivers the all-important bump of the bass without a subwoofer.

Special features include:

* Charging and synchronization of the Palm device through the iMT1 dock. Charging is automatically initiated whenever the Palm product is docked and the iMT1 is plugged in. Data transfer can be triggered by connecting the iMT1 to the user’s computer via a standard USB 2.0 port on the back of the product and then pressing the “Sync” button.
* A full-duplex speakerphone, permitting hands-free conversation whenever a Palm Treo smartphone is in the iMT1 dock. The full-duplex feature makes it possible for both parties to hear each other when they are talking simultaneously. Users can switch from music to speakerphone mode by pressing a button on the iMT1 unit. The speakerphone can also be muted to prevent background noise from interfering with the conversation. - more -
* Fold-flat design for easy packing, with a closable dock door that also protects the connector mechanism when the iMT1 is not in use.
* Optional connectivity to other audio devices such as CD, MP3 and portable DVD players through an input jack on the back of the unit.

“Convergence is one of the major appeals of our Treo smartphones and our other mobile devices, and the iMT1 extends our capabilities even further by providing an audio docking system, speakerphone and charging device in a single piece of hardware,” said Jim Schwabe, general manger, Accessory Solutions, at Palm, Inc. “This is convergence at its best, a tribute to Altec Lansing’s engineering leadership in the portable audio space, and a strong alliance that adds even more versatility to products that are becoming essential in consumers’ everyday lives.”

DataViz to Bring Mobile ActiveSync Client and Document Editing Solution to Nokia 9300 Smartphone and 9500 Communicator

New RoadSync and Documents To Go for Symbian OS-based Series 80 devices to be Showcased at CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2005

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, September 27, 2005 - DataViz, Inc., leading provider of Office compatibility solutions for over 21 years, today announced its mobile ActiveSync client, RoadSync, and mobile Office suite, Documents To Go, will support the Nokia 9300 smartphone and Nokia 9500 Communicator running Symbian OS-based Series 80. With the addition of this newly supported platform, DataViz' mobile Office portfolio will include support for three of the most popular smartphone platforms: Symbian OS-based UIQ, Series 80 and Palm OS. Demonstrations of these and other DataViz solutions will be available at the DataViz Booth #1405 located in the Enterprise Mobility Pavilion at CTIA WIRELESS I.T. & Entertainment 2005, September 27-29 in San Francisco, California.

"We are pleased to see DataViz bring their mobility solutions to market for our Nokia 9300 smartphone and 9500 Communicator through the support of Forum Nokia Pro Enterprise Zone. We believe our devices' large color screens, integrated QWERTY keyboards and high-capacity memory, combined with business-critical applications like DataViz' mobile Office suite and mobile ActiveSync client, address many of the productivity needs of our enterprise customers." said Lee Epting, vice president, Forum Nokia.

Based on the Exchange ActiveSync protocol licensed from Microsoft, RoadSync provides secure, wireless and direct synchronization with Exchange Server 2003, thereby extending the existing mobile benefits of Exchange Server 2003 to non-Microsoft devices. RoadSync for Series 80-enabled devices will offer full mobile access to corporate Outlook e-mail, attachments, calendar and contacts, while eliminating the need for middleware servers, service fees, or subscriptions commonly associated with wireless e-mail. Additionally, features like "direct push" and "remote wipe" will be added into RoadSync, following the release of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 later this year, to enable more businesses to deploy a wireless e-mail solution for their workforce at a fraction of the cost associated with today's alternatives.

"Today more businesses are recognizing both the end-user productivity gains and cost-savings benefits that wireless e-mail can provide," said yvind Lundbakk Pedersen, Director of Business Development for SmartPhones Telecom AS in Norway. "We strongly believe in this mobile ActiveSync client RoadSync from DataViz because it will give our customers the flexibility to deploy Series 80 devices faster into the enterprise space."

"I've been previewing RoadSync for Series 80 and am very impressed with its ease of installation and quick set-up," said Rob Gordon, CEO of Dezine Limited. "This is just what small business owners like myself need: an affordable, straight-forward solution that enables employees to get their Outlook e-mail, contacts and calendar on a variety of devices including the Nokia 9300 smartphone and Nokia 9500 Communicator."

Documents To Go for Series 80 will provide owners of Nokia 9300 smartphone and Nokia 9500 Communicator with the ability to open, view and edit Microsoft Word and Excel files. DataViz' unique InTact Technology will be included, ensuring complete original document integrity is maintained when Microsoft Office files are edited by users on the smartphone. This is especially vital when desktop documents containing complex formatting and layouts are edited in a mobile environment. By making sure that formatting associated with these files are always kept to their original form, users can confidently edit files on their smartphone without fear of negatively altering their files in the process. Any edits made in Documents To Go will be intelligently merged with a file's original formatting to create an updated document that can than be e-mailed or exchanged with others directly from the smartphone.

"We are very pleased that DataViz has expanded their product offerings to the Series 80 platform," said Salvador Casales, Sales Manager, INCODE. "Documents To Go and RoadSync will present many new opportunities for INCODE and resellers in Mexico by providing enterprise customers with cost-effective, easy-to-implement solutions for mobile access to their important Outlook e-mail, client proposals, budget reports and other business data".

"We are excited to be a part of the Nokia ecosystem and to provide owners of the Nokia 9300 smartphone and Nokia 9500 Communicator access to our mobile office solutions," said Bonnie Boyle, Senior Business Manager, DataViz. "As more businesses expand their IT strategy to include mobility, we are committed to providing enterprise-quality, cost-effective solutions that give mobile professionals reliable access to mission-critical files, e-mail and other corporate data using smartphones."

Availability

RoadSync for Series 80 will be available directly from DataViz (www.dataviz.com) beginning immediately and soon from international partners such as Swedish distributor Datant, UK dealer EMCC, ELMO ICT Systems in the Netherlands, distributor INCODE in Mexico and SF Solution Factory in Switzerland.

Documents To Go for Series 80 will be available in late October. Availability details will be announced at the time of the product's launch.

SplashData’s SplashBlog Now Enables “Photoblogging” on Windows Mobile, Symbian and Palm OS Smartphones

San Francisco (CTIA Wireless IT and Entertainment Exposition) September 27, 2005 – SplashData, Inc., the leading developer of “virtual wallet” applications for mobile devices, announced that its award winning SplashBlog photoblogging solution is now available for additional mobile devices—Windows Mobile and Symbian Series 60 and UIQ. Also, new features have been added to the existing Palm OS version and web photo-hosting service. Further, the company is announcing a new business model for SplashBlog that will enable anybody to start and maintain a photoblog of up to 100 images at absolutely no cost.

For the first time, users of Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC and Smartphone handhelds and Symbian Series 60 and UIQ wireless devices, will be able to instantly publish photos to a “photoblog” for friends and family members to see. Supported devices now include those from manufacturers such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Motorola, HP, i-mate and others. Users will also be able to subscribe to group photoblogs to share photos on their handhelds with their friends.

SplashData will be demonstrating the new versions of SplashBlog at the CTIA Wireless IT and Entertainment Exposition from September 27 – 29 in the Nokia, Palm and Handango booths.

The process of “blogging,” maintaining a personal journal on the Internet that is frequently updated, has been steadily growing in popularity. SplashBlog adds an entirely new element to blogging—instantly publishing a photo diary from a wireless device. SplashBlog users can snap photos of vacations, newborns, and other momentous occasions, and wirelessly publish those pictures to their personal photoblogs within seconds for friends and family scattered throughout the world to enjoy.

SplashBlog streamlines the process of mobile photoblogging, allowing users to capture an image and publish it to an online photoblog in as little as two clicks. SplashBlog includes everything users need to publish their photos online, including free software for the mobile device and a free online photoblog account at SplashBlog.com. Users who publish more than 100 pictures can subscribe for additional hosting space at SplashBlog.com for $29.95 per year.

New features in SplashBlog include the ability to maintain multiple SplashBlogs from the same account—for those who may want to set up different photoblogs to suit different audiences, such as personal and business associates. And each photoblog can be configured with different access privileges enabling users to require a password to view the photoblog, or the ability to allow some or all users to post photos to a shared group blog.

A vital ingredient to blogging that has made it a global phenomenon is the ability to add personal comments to an original post, fostering a spirit of community and even controversy as differing views are expressed. The new version of SplashBlog follows in this tradition by allowing visitors to post their own comments about each published image. Comments can either be posted on the Web by visitors using a PC, or from a wireless device using SplashBlog. The user experience for reading and replying to comments using SplashBlog on a wireless device is similar to that of an instant messaging client and provides a whole new level of wireless communication with pictures and words.

While SplashData has greatly expanded both the feature-set and potential number of SplashBloggers by adding versions for Windows Mobile and Symbian OS devices, it has also made it possible for wireless device users to start and maintain online photoblogs with no out-of-pocket expenses at all. Anybody can create and maintain a SplashBlog of up to 100 images for free. Those who want to store more than 100 images at SplashBlog.com can purchase a subscription for unlimited photo hosting for $29.95 per year.

“The beauty of SplashBlog is the immediacy in which users can capture, organize and share photos, which is made possible by the tight integration between the SplashBlog handheld software and the online photo sharing site, SplashBlog.com. SplashBlog has changed the way people share photos by eliminating the hassle out of creating and maintaining an online photo album,” said John Chaffee, president of SplashData. “We believe that as camera phone image quality continues to improve and the wireless networks continue to get faster and more affordable, SplashBlog will become the primary way users capture, organize and share photos.”

Availability and System Requirements

SplashBlog is available now and may be downloaded from www.splashblog.com. It supports handhelds with wireless connectivity running the following operating systems:

* Palm OS 4.1 or later (Palm Treo)
* Windows Mobile 5.for Pocket PC and Smartphone (HP, Motorola, Samsung, i-mate, etc.)

Palm - About Palm, Inc. - Investor Relations - Press Release

Palm and Microsoft Join to Bring the Palm Experience to Windows Mobile

SAN FRANCISCO, Sep 26, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Verizon Wireless First to Market with New Treo Smartphone

Mobile-computing pioneer Palm, Inc. (Nasdaq:PALM) and software pioneer Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq:MSFT) today announced a strategic alliance to accelerate the smartphone market segment with a new device for mobile professionals and businesses. Palm has licensed the Microsoft(R) Windows Mobile(R) operating system for an expanded line of Treo(TM) smartphones, the first of which will be available on Verizon Wireless' national wireless broadband network. The news was revealed in a press conference with Ed Colligan, president and chief executive officer of Palm, Inc.; Bill Gates, chairman and chief software architect of Microsoft Corp.; and Denny Strigl, president and chief executive officer of Verizon Wireless.

The collaboration gives customers more choices and marks a dedicated effort to deliver one of the world's most innovative smartphone solutions on the software platform favored by many businesses. Treo smartphones combine the hallmark Palm experience of a full-featured mobile phone with email, messaging, web access(1) and organizational software -- in an attractive, compact design. The new Treo smartphone takes advantage of the Windows Mobile 5.0 platform in multiple ways, offering Outlook Mobile, Office Mobile and Internet Explorer Mobile built into the smartphone, as well as direct access to Exchange Server 2003 for mobile access to information.(2) In addition, the new Treo will operate with Verizon Wireless' BroadbandAccess service, the largest high-speed wireless broadband network in the United States. Verizon Wireless expects the new Treo smartphone to be available to its customers in early 2006.

"We've long believed that the future of personal computing is mobile computing, and our collaboration with Microsoft is a historic step in delivering that vision to a larger market," said Colligan. "We're confident customers will see a differentiated smartphone that delivers our world-class usability on Microsoft's flexible and robust Windows Mobile operating system. We collaborated with Verizon Wireless first because of its high-speed wireless network and growing footprint of BroadbandAccess cities."

"This is a landmark alliance that will help businesses remain on the cutting edge of competitiveness," Gates said. "Demand for accessing information on mobile devices is soaring, and businesses want a low-cost, scalable solution. We're excited to team with Palm and Verizon Wireless to deliver a winning Windows Mobile solution that connects professionals to their critical information while on the go."

The Treo smartphone on Windows Mobile is a CDMA-based phone targeted for the U.S. market and takes advantage of Verizon Wireless' BroadbandAccess service on its EV-DO network with download speeds averaging 400-700 kilobits per second. Today, about half the U.S. population, in more than 84 metropolitan areas and in hundreds of airports across the nation, can access download speeds comparable to DSL or cable-modem connections. Verizon Wireless has been expanding its BroadbandAccess service area steadily since its debut in the fall of 2003.

"The new Treo smartphone running Windows Mobile will highlight the speed and power of our BroadbandAccess service," said Strigl. "The Treo will deliver fast downloading of email and attachments as well as quick access to critical-business information, providing businesses with a great return on investment. Our strong relationships with Microsoft and Palm continue to provide real value for our customers."

The new Treo smartphone is powered by an Intel processor and joins Palm's award-winning family of Treo smartphones, which includes the Treo 600 and Treo 650, both offered today to Verizon Wireless customers.

The Palm Experience on Windows Mobile

During the press conference, the companies demonstrated the Palm experience now brought to life on Windows Mobile. The audience saw a sampling of Palm's award-winning hardware design integrated thoughtfully with a rich Palm software suite, including the ability to:

-- Contact someone quickly from the Today Screen and choose between home, office or mobile numbers, or select email or SMS. With only two letters entered, a customer can find a record from among thousands of contacts;

-- Reach people most often called via photo speed dials visible as a band of images on the Today Screen;

-- Decline a call with a friendly SMS, signaling "In a meeting" or "Talking with the boss" instead of simply ignoring the call; and

-- Rewind, delete or fast-forward through work or cell phone voicemail with familiar and consistent on-screen icons.

Full product details will be disclosed when the product is available for purchase in early calendar 2006. No plans were revealed for additional mobile operators. Palm indicated that a Treo smartphone using Windows Mobile based on other wireless technologies was not anticipated to be released earlier than the second half of 2006.

PalmAddicts: Treo owners should stand up for Palm!

Treo owners should stand up for Palm!

From Peter Arts today. I am a Treo owner. I have had some documented QA issues with both my Treo 600 and Treo 650. I am not suing Palm because of this, and want to know where the 3 idiots suing Palm in California get the brass to bring a class-action suit. Class-action means that they are bringing suit on behalf of all Treo owners. Who the hell gave them the right to claim Speakership for myself and all of the faithful Treonauts around the globe? When I've had issues, I brought them directly to Palm, and have gotten the attention of some of Palm's top exec's. I guess these losers couldn't call Palm, because of their Treo's problems, eh?

Now, on what possible basis do these wretches believe they are entitled to financial relief from Palm? Let's think of some possible scenarios:

"Blimey! My Treo wasn't loud enough when I was talking to my bookie...and I bet on Villarreal instead of Manchester United. Gawd d_mn Palm...it's all their fault!!!"

"My Treo's speakerphone wasn't clear enough for people to hear my buddy pass gas over the phone. Palm made me look like a fool."

"My date left me, because of the static she got while using my Treo to talk to her girlfriends. Palm owes me for emotional distress!"

I have left a message for Ed Colligan, asking him for an email address or contact at Palm Legal Department. It is my intention to ask every Palm and/or Treo-centric blog to post this information, so that honest Treo owners can provide their names to Palm as being opposed to this travesty.

There is no doubt that the Treo line (especially the Treo 600) suffered from a lot of QA problems. On the other hand, every buyer had the option to exchange or return an unsatisfactory device to their personal wireless carrier. I don't know who should be smacked first:

* The 3 bottom-feeders who are perpetrating this scam
* The shyster lawyers who are facilitating this scam
* The moronic judge who is allowing this scam to come to court. Of course, what else would you expect from a California judge? They are the same geniuses who say the Pledge of Allegiance is illegal, because a few atheists don't like it.

TO WAR! It is high time for honest men and women to state for the record: "...down with the scoundrels!

DataViz to Showcase Upcoming Native Adobe PDF File Support for Palm OS at CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2005

MILFORD, CT, September 21, 2005 - DataViz, Inc., leading provider of Office compatibility solutions for over 21 years, today announced it will be providing a demonstration of its native Adobe® PDF support for Palm OS® at next week's CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment show (Booth#1405), September 27-29 in San Francisco, CA. This native PDF solution provides Palm® TreoTM smartphones and other Palm OS devices with an image-rich, WYSIWYG-view of product brochures, manuals, annual reports and other common Adobe PDF files without requiring any desktop conversion. Later this fall DataViz will be adding this new native Adobe PDF support into Documents To Go® Premium Edition, making Documents To Go the only commercially available native PDF solution for the Palm OS platform.

"We are pleased to see DataViz continue to innovate and expand its Documents To Go offerings to support native Adobe PDF files," said David Diangson, director of business development and licensing at Palm, Inc. "Having the ability to view content in PDF format, without the need for any desktop interaction, using our Treo smartphones, LifeDrive mobile managers or Tungsten handhelds effectively addresses a significant need in the market."

Native PDF technology will include support for embedded graphics, tables, multiple zoom levels, page layout and word wrap views to provide a desktop-quality view of PDF files on Treo smartphones and other popular Palm OS devices. In addition, no desktop application or pre-processing of files is required before the file can be viewed on the mobile device. For instance, customers who receive PDF files as e-mail attachments can easily view them right on their mobile device.

"Native PDF support is a natural extension of the Premium Edition of Documents To Go," said Danny Tu, Product Manager, DataViz, Inc. "This has been by far the top feature request as our customers begin to migrate to the wireless world. So we are anxious to bring this ground breaking capability to market."

iambic Unveils Agendus for Palm OS Version 10, the Next Generation of its Award-Winning Productivity Enhancement Software Includes Many Breakthrough Features for Simplifying Time and Contact Management; Optimized to Make One-handed Operation of Treo Devices Easier SUNNYVALE, Calif., September 20, 2005 – iambic, Inc., a leading provider of productivity enhancement software for handheld computers (PDAs and smartphones), today announced the release of Agendus for Palm OS Version 10, a powerful and engaging new version of its award-winning, fully-integrated, personal information manager for Palm OS handhelds and smartphones. This latest version of Agendus is more intuitive and includes many new features that simplify time and contact management. Plus, it has been optimized for one-hand operation, making it an ideal add-on program for users of the Treo smartphone. “We are very excited about our 10th version of Agendus —a product line that truly gets better with age,” said Adriano Chiaretta, chief operating officer at iambic, Inc. “Agendus for Palm OS Version 10 is the result of an outstanding team effort and really does a great job of improving the program’s functionality and ease-of-use, while ensuring that it can leverage many of the capabilities found in the newest generation of Palm OS-based handhelds.” Optimized for Usability. To simplify ease-of-use, version 10 of Agendus for Palm OS has web-style hyperlinks that enable users to move quickly from a meeting, to a memo, to placing a call or sending an email/SMS. This “one-tap” operation is especially beneficial for Treo owners because they can operate their device with one hand, using the dpad. Other dpad-friendly features include the all-new, icon-clustered toolbar, and the dialogs for setting alarms (now available for memos) and meeting times. The user interface has been improved with a new feature called Glance@Agenda, which automatically shows an optimized layout for viewing details of a meeting, call, task or contact. Plus, users now can see a whole year on their calendar at-a-glance. For contact management, version 10 of Agendus has a new networking feature that allows users to establish relationships between contacts. This feature makes it easy to navigate from one contact to another, which saves time and simplifies the management of a growing address book. Taking Agendus for Palm OS Professional Edition to a New Level. New to version 10 of Agendus for Palm OS Professional Edition is a trip wizard that makes it easy to group together all trip-related activities to create an itinerary in the palm of your hand. This version of Agendus expands upon the types of information that can be connected to a meeting, memo or To Do, by enabling users to add voice recordings and drawings/sketches. Furthermore, version 10 of Agendus for Palm OS Professional Edition is designed to work directly with the Treo built-in camera. And, the new image picker feature makes it easy to crop photos (which is especially useful for getting a headshot from a group photo) to add to a contact. Expanded Over-The-Air (OTA) Features. For users of Agendus for Palm OS Professional Edition with Web-enabled devices, there now is an option to download “This Day in History” information. From the Contact view, users can perform address verification and obtain driving directions. The user also can select when and how often the OTA information is updated. Pricing and Availability. Agendus for Palm OS Professional Edition, Version 10 can be downloaded and purchased from www.iambic.com for $39.95. For information on upgrade options, visit http://www.iambic.com/upgrade/

The mission of Palms for Pastors is to introduce the use of hand held computers and the positive impact this technology can have in pastoral ministry.  We develop strategies for applying hand held computer programs to local church ministry and then share these strategies from our web site and in our training seminars.  We also develop our own hand held computer programs drawing on nearly fifteen years of experience in local church ministry and computer application development.

I guess I'm a little wrapped up in blogs, but this strikes me as the type of site that could benefit from being supplemented with a blog. My bias aside, Dan's got a helpful resource started here.

Relax and give your mind a workout with Astraware Sudoku! THE MIDLANDS, UK - September 7th, 2005 - Astraware is excited to announce the release of Astraware Sudoku - our take on the puzzle craze that's become a worldwide phenomenon. In addition to the release of the game for Palm OS(R) handhelds, we have created a dedicated website for Sudoku players from total beginners to complete experts - http://www.palmsudoku.com. Sudoku is a logical puzzle game, originally created in puzzle books and then made available in countless newspapers worldwide. The grid is 9 cells high by 9 cells wide and within the grid are 9 boxes each featuring 9 cells. The object is to fill in the numbers 1-9 in each row, column and box, but they must only appear once in each one. Many people are put off by seeing a grid with numbers in it, but in fact the puzzle doesn't require any arithmetic at all - just deduction and logic, and with the inbuilt assistance in the game and the aid of our accompanying website, everyone can play Sudoku. Astraware Sudoku is suitable for players of all abilities and features include 6 levels of difficulty, pencilmarks in a choice of styles, optional completion and tracking of pencilmarks, a unique and innovative notepad which enables players to make handwritten notes and sketches overlaid upon the grid, and an advanced hint system to assist you by highlighting areas where progress can be made without giving away the answer. "Several Astraware staff, myself included, had become hopelessly addicted to the Sudoku puzzles appearing in the newspapers." said Howard Tomlinson, Astraware's CEO. "We decided that if we were going to produce a Sudoku game for PDAs, it would be one that we'd want to play, with just the features that allowed each of us to play in the way we wanted to. We hope that people will particularly appreciate some of the more unique features that we've created, such as the notepad and advanced hints!" Astraware Sudoku includes a selection of inbuilt puzzles of varying difficulty for you to evaluate. After registration the game will allow a range of additional pre-built puzzle packs to be added. These extra packs will be available free of charge from http://www.palmsudoku.com. The unlocked version of Astraware Sudoku includes a puzzle creator which will generate literally billions of true Sudoku puzzles, all of which are solveable by logic alone. It also includes a puzzle solver, so you can input any Sudoku from a newspaper or book and Astraware Sudoku can show you the solution or give you hints to help you play along.
