• Palm Quick Install requires Palm OS® 4.0 or later (click here to find out which version of Palm OS you are using).
• Note that the new fields in the updated personal information management applications (Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Memos) will only synchronize with corresponding fields on your Palm device. Synchronization with older handhelds is supported, but the new fields will not synchronize with the handheld.
• Synchronization between the desktop computer and the Palm device requires a corresponding application on the Palm device. Not all applications are supported on all Palm devices.
• Some image files, video clips and audio files require installation to an expansion card inserted in your Palm device; not all Palm device include expansion capabilities. Expansion card and on-device applications may need to be purchased separately. Check the specs on your box for more information.
