Application Description

ToDo Today gives an overview of all appointments and actions which are due today. It has primarily been designed for those who are following David Allen's Getting Things Done (GTD) philosophy but it's use is not limited to this. More information on Getting Things Done can be found here. Although is assumed that the user will be entering and editing tasks and appointments in another program such as Outlook, the Palm programs or another third party program, changes to tasks can be made in ToDo Today. The software reads and writes directly to the Palm ToDo and Datebook applications. No information is stored elsewhere so all changes made will be available immediately in the Palm built-in applications and in the desk-top applications via hotsync. Also, unlike many other third party task viewers available, ToDo Today will read directly from the more advanced Tasks database on machines such as the Tungsten T5 or E2 allowing repeated tasks to be understood and manipulated.
